Contact
There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you write. Email reaches a person, and it is the only channel we operate.

What we can help with
- A factual error anywhere in the course. Tell us the page and the sentence and we will check it.
- A link that has moved or stopped working.
- A step that is unclear, or a term we used without defining it. This is useful feedback and it changes the text.
- Questions about how this site is funded, beyond what the Affiliate Disclosure says.
- Privacy requests. Put Privacy request in the subject line and see the Privacy Policy for what happens next.
- Complaints about how we have handled your information, which are answered within 30 days.
What we cannot help with
We are not any game publisher's support desk and we have no access to anyone's game account. Lost passwords, suspended accounts, refunds, payment problems, technical faults inside a game and reports about other players all have to go to the publisher of that game, who is the only party able to act on them.
We also cannot give advice about your particular situation — which game to choose, whether your computer will be fast enough in practice, or what a household should allow. The course gives you the checks; the decisions are yours, and we would be guessing.
What happens to your email
Your message, your address and anything you attach are kept in the mailbox at our email service provider while we deal with it, and then retained for 24 months after the last message in the conversation, unless we need it longer for a legal claim. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is never added to a mailing list, because we do not have one, and it is never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
You do not have to give a real name to ask a general question; a pseudonymous address is fine. For a request to access or correct personal information we hold about you, we may need enough detail to be confident we are dealing with the right person. The full account of this is in the Privacy Policy.
Please do not send anything sensitive — identity documents, payment details, health information — because ordinary email is not the right channel for it and we have no need of any of it.
